Air Conditioner Repair in Delray Beach, FL 33498

I usually do not write negative reviews . I speak to the company directly but I have to say Mr. Air use to have great service and when they came they fixed the problem . I have leaking coming out of my air-conditioning unit in the garage and water is all over the garage on Saturday so I know they don’t work on the weekends and I left messages so finally service man came Monday night around 6:15 he said there was sludge in the pan and he said the line needed cleaning and in 15 minutes he was gone and said everything was fine. And I said well how do I keep ahead of this? This doesn’t happen again it seems to be leaking a lot and he said oh you have to have maintenance twice a year and he said I am on the maintenance plan and in fact the man came the end of September and checked everything and said the line was clean and that he didn’t even have to clean it and now all of a sudden it’s leaking so he said well it’s fixed now so the next day, which is today Tuesday I cleaned up all the mess in the garage. moved everything around and then at 5:45.pm The water started coming out again from the unit so I called and now I’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes since I spoke to the service and they said somebody would be calling me back and nobody has. I’m just very disappointed because the service used to be wonderful. It just seems like these technicians don’t last very long and every time they come, they blame the guy who came before them for not doing the job correctly . I have been a costumer for over 30 yrs because my parents owned this house before me and my husband . I guess it’s time to change companies .
